The Sprite® High Output (HOC) Filter Cartridge is a high-capacity, 12-month replaceable filter designed for Sprite’s High-Output shower heads, utilizing patented Chlorgon non-carbon media and KDF to remove free chlorine, dirt, sediment, iron oxide, and odors. It is NSF certified to improve skin and hair health, suitable for hot water use, and features a reversible design for longer life.
