When Should You Replace the Filter?

For best performance, replace your CP-4 filter every 12 months, or after filtering up to 3,600 litres, depending on your household usage and incoming water quality.

You may need to replace your filter sooner if you notice a reduction in water flow, changes in taste, or if your household uses a higher volume of filtered water.

Easy 3-Step Replacement

  1. Turn the old filter anticlockwise to remove it from the system.
  2. Insert the new filter and turn clockwise until secure.
  3. Flush the system by running water for 10–15 minutes before drinking.
