Awesome Water® Terms and Conditions

1. Returns

Our voluntary returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a return, refund or exchange under this voluntary policy.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase.

Please do not send a product directly to the manufacturer unless Awesome Water® has specifically instructed you to do so.

This voluntary return period does not limit any rights you may have where a product is faulty, unsafe, incorrectly described or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under Australian Consumer Law.

2. Refund Assessment

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm that it has arrived.

We will then advise whether the return has been approved, declined or requires further information.

If the refund is approved, it will generally be processed back to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear may depend on your bank, credit card provider, payment gateway or financial institution.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been advised that a refund has been processed but have not yet received it:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may apply.
3. Contact your bank or financial institution, as the refund may still be pending.
4. Contact Awesome Water® if the refund still cannot be located.

4. Exchanges

We generally replace products where they are defective or damaged and a replacement is an appropriate remedy.

6. Return Shipping

For an approved change-of-mind return, you are responsible for paying the return-shipping costs. Original and return-shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed by Awesome Water®.

If the cost of return shipping is to be deducted from an approved refund, we will advise you where reasonably possible.

Delivery times for exchanged products will vary depending on your location, product availability and the shipping carrier.

For items valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance. Awesome Water® cannot guarantee receipt of a return that cannot be tracked or confirmed as delivered.

1. Domestic Shipping

Awesome Water® supplies eligible products to delivery addresses throughout Australia, subject to product, carrier and location restrictions.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

Orders are generally processed within two business days.

Delivery will commonly occur within approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch. However, delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

• Your location.
• Product availability.
• The dispatch warehouse.
• Carrier capacity.
• Public holidays.
• Weather and transport disruptions.
• Events outside our reasonable control.

Orders are not normally processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Where an Australia Post Express Post option is available, customers requiring urgent delivery may select that option. Express Post affects the shipping service after dispatch and does not necessarily reduce order-processing or warehouse-handling time.

3. PO Boxes and Similar Addresses

Water coolers and other large products cannot generally be delivered to a PO Box.

Smaller eligible products may be shipped to PO Boxes where supported by the selected carrier.

Please provide a physical street address for large, bulky, palletised or courier-only products.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive a dispatch notification containing a tracking number or tracking link.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipping label has been created.

5. Orders Sent in Multiple Shipments

Products may be dispatched from different warehouses, suppliers or fulfilment locations.

As a result, items from the same order may arrive separately. If only part of your order has arrived, please check the dispatch notifications and tracking details for any additional shipments before contacting us.

6. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Deliveries

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect:

1. Keep the product and all original packaging.
2. Take clear photographs of the package, shipping label and damage.
3. Do not discard damaged components unless instructed.
4. Contact Awesome Water® promptly so that we can assess the issue and assist with the appropriate next step.

We may ask you to cooperate with a carrier investigation or provide supporting photographs and information.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where goods are damaged, lost, faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer guarantees.

7. International Shipping

Awesome Water® does not currently offer international shipping through the online store.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please check the following before submitting an order:

• Suburb, state and postcode.
