Patented Titanium Inner Core

At the heart of the INTRIX One Tap is its patented titanium inner-core technology, designed to provide long-term durability and reliable hot water performance.

Titanium is selected for its resistance to corrosion and metal leaching, helping maintain the integrity of the water pathway while supporting long service life.

The titanium heating system also helps reduce scale build-up and avoids the need for repeated boiling, while delivering adjustable hot water between 60°C and 98°C.

Advanced 3-Stage Nano Filtration

INTRIX One Tap uses a compact three-stage filtration cartridge combining sediment filtration, activated carbon and a nano-membrane.

The supplier recommends replacing the filter approximately once every 12 months under typical household use.

Hot Water From 60°C to 98°C

Hot water temperature can be adjusted through the under-sink command centre between 60°C and 98°C.

The system is intentionally limited to 98°C to minimise sputtering and excessive steam while still providing very hot water for drinks, cooking and everyday kitchen use.

The system also includes an Eco mode designed to reduce energy use during normal operation.

Installation Requirements

Before ordering, please check that your kitchen has the necessary space, power and plumbing connections.

• A 10A power outlet below the counter
• Minimum command-centre space of approximately 380mm high × 200mm wide × 350mm deep
• Water connections within approximately 1 metre of the installation location
• A 35mm tap hole
• Additional under-sink space for the chiller when selecting the Hot & Cold option

If a suitable power outlet is not already available, a licensed electrician may be required before installation.

The Hot & Ambient version provides filtered hot, filtered ambient, regular mains hot and regular mains cold water.

The Hot & Cold version adds the WaterWorks chiller, replacing the filtered ambient outlet with filtered chilled water. It therefore provides filtered hot, filtered chilled, regular mains hot and regular mains cold water.

Can I drink the filtered water directly?

Yes. The INTRIX filtration system is designed to provide filtered drinking water through its sediment, carbon and nano-membrane filtration stages.

How hot does the water get?

The hot water temperature is adjustable between 60°C and 98°C through the command centre.

Why does the temperature stop at 98°C?

Limiting the maximum temperature to 98°C helps reduce excessive steam and sputtering from the tap while still delivering very hot water for common kitchen uses.
